Julie Robinson joined Velsera in 2025 and leads the company’s global legal function. She brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate law and finance, having previously served as General Counsel for growth-stage, private equity-backed, and publicly traded companies. Julie advises executive leadership on corporate governance, commercial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border operations, and enterprise risk management.
