The pace of change in precision medicine is too slow and inefficient and we believe this is not down to a lack of data, information or expertise, but because that data, information and expertise is scattered or siloed.

Chief Executive Officer
Jamie Coffin, a seasoned leader in life sciences and healthcare technology, joined Velsera in February 2026, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience from organizations including IBM Life Sciences, Dell Healthcare and Life Sciences, Source Medical, and Sema4. Throughout his career, he has focused on advancing data-driven technologies that enable personalized medicine. His passion for improving patient care aligns strongly with Velsera’s mission.
Mike Kling
Chief Technology Officer
Mike brings more than 20 years of experience leading technology strategy and software development in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Throughout his career, Mike has driven the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions at organizations such as Foundation Medicine and Optum. He is passionate about building high-performance, collaborative teams committed to leveraging technology to advance patient care and improve health outcomes.
Pavel Gongora
Chief Strategy and Product Officer
Pavel serves as Velsera’s Chief Strategy and Product Officer, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in global healthcare and life sciences. A licensed medical doctor, he spent close to a decade at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner, advising leading biopharma companies and health tech scale-ups on R&D, data strategy, and growth. Since joining Velsera, Pavel has been instrumental in aligning market insight with execution, and now leads both strategy and product to ensure the company delivers meaningful, scalable impact for customers across precision medicine.
