Whistleblower Policy.

Velsera Inc. and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to Seven Bridges Genomics Inc., PierianDx, Inc. and UgenTec NV (collectively “Velsera,” "we," "us," or "our") are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in all of our operations. We expect our employees, contractors, and partners to share this commitment and to report any concerns or suspicions of wrongdoing.

III. PROHIBITED RETALIATION

We prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who report suspected violations of laws, regulations, policies, or ethical standards in good faith. Any employee, contractor, or partner who engages in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Employees, contractors and staff members are encouraged to utilize our internal reporting mechanisms via EthicsPoint. IV. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS

We recognize that whistleblowers may need to report suspected violations of the the applicable supervisory authorities on regulations related to the collection, use, and protection of personal information on our Site. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and requirements related to whistleblowing and protecting the rights of whistleblowers.
